Welcome to my privately owned 4 Bed / 3 Bath Orlando vacation villa, located in the peaceful residential community of Sunrise Lakes. My home is designed to offer comfort, space and privacy, making it the perfect base for families visiting Disney World and the many attractions Orlando has to offer. With two master bedrooms featuring ensuite bathrooms and two additional twin rooms, the villa provides plenty of room for families or groups travelling together.

One of the highlights of the property is the south‑facing heated pool and spa, which enjoys sunshine throughout the day. The pool area is not overlooked from behind, giving you an added sense of privacy that many homes in the area cannot offer. It’s the ideal place to relax after a busy day at the theme parks or to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee before heading out.

For entertainment, the garage has been converted into a fully equipped Games Room with a pool table, air hockey table and electronic dartboard. It’s a great space for both adults and children to unwind and enjoy some friendly competition.

The villa also includes free secure Wi‑Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas and everything you need for a home‑from‑home stay. A supermarket is right on your doorstep, with a Walmart Supercenter just minutes away, along with restaurants, golf courses and all major Orlando attractions within easy reach.
